"it runs like crap first it wont boost above 15 psi" unless you have boost controller or other boost system that's all you'll get!!! I'd say to start with check your ecu temp sender unit.. if it's not working the car will run rich and like crap. however if you have done mods, such as larger injectors and not remapped the ecu then you are in a world of trouble and will eventually destroy something (i.e. your engine).. SO.. please stop us trying to guess and cough up all the info!!
